Camping World in Myrtle Beach, SC is hiring an RV Sales Associate. You’ll drive sales of new and used RVs, perform demo rides, and collaborate with F&I and Sales Management to close deals.

Expect a base hourly rate plus commissions, with 30-day transition to commission-based plans while maintaining earning potential. The role offers a path to substantial earnings, with total compensation typically ranging from base pay to aggressive incentives and bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' experience in sales (RV, automotive, marine, powersports, real estate, etc.) preferred.
• Bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver's license required.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RV’s, have fun and make money!

Your drive determines your paycheck. Successful team members generally earn $50,000 to $150,000 or more annually, including an additional year-end sales volume bonus available to those who qualify!

We Invest in Your Success from Day One. Starting out, you’ll enjoy the stability of a competitive guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions while you learn the ropes. After 30 days, you take control of your earning potential: choose to stay on your current hourly plan plus flat commission, or transition to a 100% commission-based plan. Actual effective date will be communicated to align with monthly and pay period cycles.

General Compensation Disclosure

The estimated total annual compensation estimated annual range is $50,000 - $150,000.
