Job summary

Camping World in California is seeking an RV Sales Associate to grow the business and deliver a top customer experience while selling new and used RVs.

Role includes conducting demonstration rides, walkthrough presentations, and closing sales in collaboration with F&I and Sales Management. A high-energy, customer-focused approach is essential to succeed in this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver's license required.

What You’ll Do:

What You’ll Need to Have for the Role:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required)
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
• Valid driver's license required
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

General Compensation Disclosure ++No Soft Pack; Minimum Commissions/Flats apply++

The estimated total annual compensation estimated annual range is $50,000 - $150,000. In California, Massachusetts, Michigan, Maine, and Washington, you will receive a base hourly rate equal to the applicable hourly minimum wage in addition to variable compensation earned.
