Join to apply for the RV Sales Associate role at Blue Compass RV.

Start your journey with Blue Compass RV as we are looking for Sales Associates to join our team and manage the sales process from start to finish. In this role, you will help clients with product selection, negotiate terms, and finalize sales.

As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for selling new and used RVs at gross profit, meeting customer satisfaction and volume standards. You’ll be equipped with tools such as a CRM, equity mining tools, and access to a wide inventory of vehicles to support your sales efforts.

We offer unlimited growth opportunities, with many sales consultants advancing to roles like Sales Manager, Finance Manager, or General Manager.

Our sales consultants currently earn an average of $7,800/month selling about 10 units/month, based on a commissioned pay plan. Paid training is provided for the first four weeks.

The Role:

The Sales Associate interacts with customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide their RV purchase, providing excellent customer service, negotiating terms, and closing deals. Post-sale, they follow up to ensure satisfaction and facilitate transitions to the Service department.
