Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You will promote a top-notch customer experience while selling new and used RVs, with demonstrator rides and thorough presentations.

You will work closely with F&I and Sales Management to close sales and maintain a high-integrity approach with each customer. Starting pay includes a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions; after 30 days you can choose to stay on the hourly plan or transition to 100%

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in sales (RV, automotive, marine, powersports, TV, furniture, or real estate) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales effectively with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high integrity approach.

Successful team members generally earn $50,000 to $150,000 or more annually, including an additional year-end sales volume bonus available to those who qualify!We Invest in Your Success from Day One. Starting out, you’ll enjoy the stability of a competitive guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions while you learn the ropes. After 30 days, you take control of your earning potential: choose to stay on your current hourly plan plus flat commission, or transition to a 100% commission-based plan.
