Blue Compass RV Raleigh is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our team. You will manage inventory of RV parts, assist customers and service technicians in locating and purchasing the right parts for their RVs. Strong customer service and knowledge of RV components are essential.

Qualifications

• Greet customers and assist with identifying RV parts
• Provide expert advice on parts selection and installation
• Process customer orders promptly and accurately
• Maintain organized inventory of RV parts and accessories
• Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed
• Stay informed about latest RV models and components
• Provide technical information to customers and staff
• Collaborate with service technicians for accurate parts IDs
• Upsell parts and accessories when appropriate

THE ROLE:

As an RV Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our RV dealership by managing and organizing the inventory of RV parts and accessories. You will assist customers and service technicians in identifying, locating, and purchasing the right parts for their recreational vehicles. This role requires strong customer service skills, a solid understanding of RV components, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

COMPENSATION:

$40,000-$50,000

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred
  • Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience preferred
  • Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed
  • Excellent organization and follow up skills are required
  • The ability to follow department procedures and policies
  • A Valid Driver License is Mandatory
