Blue Compass RV Gainesville is seeking an energetic RV Sales Lot Porter to help move and organize RVs, stage inventory, and keep the lot customer-ready. This entry-level role offers on-the-job training and a path to growth within the RV sales, service, or operations teams, with a culture that promotes from within and values safety and teamwork.

Candidates should have a valid driver's license, be comfortable working outdoors in all weather, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required and a clean driving record.
• Forklift experience is a plus, or training will be provided.
• Ability to work outside in varied weather and stay active.

Responsibilities

• Move and organize RVs and trailers using a forklift or equipment.
• Keep the lot clean, organized, and customer-ready.
• Stage RVs for display, delivery, and customer walkthroughs.
• Coordinate with sales and service to position RVs correctly.
• Assist with light detailing and general upkeep of inventory.
• Ensure safe lot movement and inventory flow.
• Adhere to company procedures and safety guidelines.
