Optimum RV LLC is seeking a Lot Porter/Forklift Operator to maintain an orderly RV lot in Mims, FL. The role includes moving RVs, inspecting for cleanliness and damage, and assisting with deliveries and pickups.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, ability to operate large vehicles, and a CDL A as a plus. Compensation starts at $18 per hour with full benefits and a comprehensive wellness program.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to operate large vehicles, including RVs and motorhomes.
• CDL A highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move and park RVs to maintain an organized and visually appealing lot.
• Conduct routine inspections of RVs for cleanliness and damage.
• Assist with the delivery and pickup of RVs.
• Assist the sales and service teams with RV-related tasks.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure and fluid levels.
• Keep the lot and surrounding areas clean and free of debris.
