Job summary

Bish’s RV is seeking a motivated Lot Porter to move RVs, trailers, and motorhomes within the dealership and keep the lot clean and organized. You’ll assist with staging units for delivery or pickup, work safely on all weather days, and support sales and service by ensuring timely movement of inventory.

Valid driver’s license is required; forklift experience is a plus but not required, and you’ll receive on‑the‑job training, uniforms, and safety equipment as part of our comprehensive benefits and

Qualifications

• Reliable, self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Comfortable operating RVs, trailers, and large vehicles; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Move and park RVs, trailers, and motorhomes as directed.
• Assist with staging and prepping units for delivery or pickup.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of lot and inventory.
• Deliver and retrieve RVs for service, detail, or sales as needed.
• Assist with snow removal and weather-related upkeep.
• Follow safety protocols when moving RVs.
