Kunes RV in Wisconsin is seeking an RV Detailer to transform RV interiors and exteriors into pristine, showroom conditions. You will perform hand washing, waxing, and polishing, using buffers, steamers, and vacuums to restore both the interior and exterior of each vehicle.

The role emphasizes meticulous inspections, client interaction, and efficient inventory management, with weekend/holiday flexibility and a strong focus on delivering unforgettable customer experiences.

Qualifications

• You have an eagle eye for spotting imperfections and taking care of every tiny detail, leaving vehicles spotless.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that help you connect with customers and ensure satisfaction with each job.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed.
• Works well in a team environment while adhering to standards and maintaining a positive work atmosphere.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed to meet business demands.

Responsibilities

• Interior & Exterior Detailing: perform high-quality detailing of RVs, including hand washing, vacuuming, waxing, and polishing.
• Detailing Tools & Techniques: use buffers, steamers, and vacuums to clean and restore interiors and exteriors.
• Restoration & Protection: apply cleaning, protective, and restorative agents for long‑term durability.
• Vehicle Inspections: conduct thorough inspections and document issues for review.
• Client Interaction: assist customers with vehicle requests and maintain excellent service.
• Inventory Management: track detailing supplies and ensure tools/products are stocked.
• Vehicle Movement: safely park, move, and deliver vehicles as needed, keeping workspace organized.
