Job summary

Holiday World RV is seeking a Make Ready Technician/Auto Detailer to prepare and detail vehicles for delivery. The role involves training fellow technicians, managing make-ready supplies, and ensuring quality control before vehicles reach customers.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Sales and Service to meet on-time delivery goals, noting any damage for claims, and upholding dealership policies on vehicle care. A GED and 1–3 months related experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Trains and assists other make-ready and detail technicians.
• Orders and inventories make-ready supplies.
• Acts as liaison between department staff and Sales Managers to facilitate the process for new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Details clients’ vehicles as needed.
• Maintains dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation.
• Notes damage and notifies Service so a claim can be filed within 24 hours.
• Performs quality control inspection of all vehicles before frontline.
• Coordinates with Sales and Service to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Attends department meetings.
