Blue Compass RV in Medford, Oregon is hiring a hybrid Detailer/Lot Porter to keep our RVs spotless and ready for customers, while also moving units around the lot and supporting service and sales teams. This role combines hands-on detailing with safe vehicle handling, forklift use, and on-site organization, offering training and growth opportunities within a team‑driven environment.

Compensation is $18.00 per hour, with benefits and a 5-day work week; candidates should be comfortable outdoors

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Experience operating a forklift or moving large vehicles.
• Able to work outdoors and on your feet most of the day.

Responsibilities

• Detail RVs inside and out to showroom standards.
• Operate vacuums, power washers and polishing tools.
• Safely move RVs across the lot using forklifts or tow vehicles.
