Job summary

A family-owned RV dealership is seeking a full-time body shop technician/painter for their Aloha location. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in auto-body or RV repairs and must possess mechanical skills for carpentry, electrical, and plumbing tasks. The position offers a competitive pay range of $25-32 per hour, plus a monthly productivity bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including a 401k plan. Successful candidates will work in a noisy shop environment and need to pass a drug test.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in auto-body or RV body repairs.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test, which includes testing for marijuana.

Responsibilities

• Complete basic fiberglass and body filler repairs.
• Perform structural and metal siding repairs.
• Understand the basics of paint and texture on fiberglass repairs.
• Maintain paint and body tools and equipment in good working order.
• Perform general RV repairs as available time dictates.

Skills

Knowledge of general RV/Auto body repairs and construction

Ability to perform structural repairs

Mechanical skills (carpentry, electrical, plumbing)

Ability to work independently
