Qualifications

• Candidates must possess a CAR.
• Minimum of 75 hours of clinical study including classroom training.
• Minimum of 16 hours of supervised practical training.

Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive, consistent and quality care for patients at the end of life.
• Assistance with daily hygiene, ambulation, exercise, toileting, nutritional support.
• Other activities as designated by the hospice nurse.
