Job summary

EverWatch Corporation in Annapolis, MD is seeking a CI/HUMINT Language Analyst (Russian) to join our government solutions team. The role focuses on native-level speaking, reading, and writing in Russian to assess geopolitical and social issues and to develop effective collection and exploitation methodologies.

You will produce clear, actionable intelligence, assist in developing collection strategies, and translate complex information while applying cultural context.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting research and supporting HUMINT intelligence collection and analysis.
• Knowledge of geopolitical, economic, and social issues relevant to the target-language environment.
• Ability to read, write, and speak the target language at Proficiency Level 4 and translate transcripts, video, and audio between the target language and English while preserving the original meaning and intent.
• Ability to understand and interpret current vernacular, colloquialisms, and terminology at a native-level proficiency.
• Ability to develop and advise on methods for target-language research and information exploitation and determine effective methods for presenting and disseminating information.
• Ability to produce Operation Instructions (OIs) for Command-wide programs and initiatives as assigned by the Government.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of related experience or a High school diploma nd 17+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze foreign-language sources to support CI/HUMINT collection and analysis.
• Develop insights to advance counterintelligence operations and HUMINT initiatives.
• Produce Operation Instructions (OIs) and other documentation for Government programs.
• Translate complex intelligence into clear, actionable products for command-wide dissemination.
