Imperial Companies in Russellville, AR is seeking dedicated individuals to join our Warehouse Team. This role supports loading, stock handling, and order preparation for route trucks in a non-climate controlled warehouse.

You will lift, sort pastries, check deliveries against paperwork, and keep the warehouse clean while adhering to a stable Sunday-Thursday schedule. We offer full-time benefits and opportunities to grow with a growing company committed to reliable service.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience including shipping, receiving, inventory and stocking.

Responsibilities

• Sunday thru Thursdays, No Friday No Saturday.
• Pull all loads and product for route trucks, lift and load on/off trucks.
• Check all deliveries and compare to paperwork before signing off on them.
• Receive and put away all stock, rotate products.
• Sort pastries.
• Keep facilities clean: Empty all trash, sweep, and straighten parking lot, warehouse and dock.
• Bail cardboard w/ bailer.
• Physical requirements: Lifting, overhead reaching, stooping, bending, stairs, standing, walking, regular on time attendance.
