Nalley Consulting is seeking an RUS All-Source Analyst for JBAB, Washington, DC. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and 3+ years of all-source analytics or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.

The candidate will work on defense industrial programs and capabilities supporting foreign defense forces. Responsibilities include producing strategic-level assessments and products addressing R&D, acquisition, test, evaluation, and production of foreign weapon systems and equipment.

• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• As a defense industries all-source analyst, you use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities supporting a foreign country’s ability to develop, equip, sustain, and employ its military forces across basic, strategic, and military industrial sectors.
• You’ll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address the research, development, acquisition, test, evaluation and production of foreign weapon systems and equipment.

Required clearance and polygraph:

Active TS/SCI and willingness to take polygraph. Candidates with current CI poly conducted within the past seven years highly prioritized.

Required experience and education:

Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with all-source analytics, OR 7+ years of experience with all-source analytics in lieu of a degree.

Desired qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with defense industries analysis such as industrial organization, production processes, foreign weapon systems and equipment, and their associated facilities and output levels.
• Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
• Knowledge of the EUCOM AOR.
