Job summary

Zaddy Solutions is seeking a Sleep Medicine / Neurology NP or PA to join a supportive, rural Eastern Oregon hospital team in La Grande. This permanent, full-time role offers relocation assistance, four 10-hour days, and day shifts, with new grads welcomed.

You will evaluate sleep disorders, review in-lab and home sleep studies, initiate PAP therapy, educate patients, and maintain EPIC documentation while contributing to a growing sleep program.

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA licensure is required.
• Board certification or board eligibility is required.
• Experience in sleep medicine or neurology is preferred.
• 1-2 years of NP/PA experience in Neurology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients presenting with sleep disorders.
• Review sleep studies with physician support in an AASM-accredited facility offering in-lab and home sleep monitoring.
• Initiate and manage PAP therapy for appropriate patients.
• Provide patient and family education on sleep hygiene and treatment adherence.
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC electronic health records.
