Essenti Talent in Miles City, Montana, is seeking RNs and LPNs to join a progressive rural healthcare organization. You will work across multiple units, including ER, OB, ICU, and Behavioral Health, with shifts and rotation to reduce burnout.

Competitive hourly pay ranges, full benefits, and potential relocation assistance are offered; MT licensure and BLS/ACLS are required or soon-to-be-completed within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• MTRN license required for Nurses (RN). MT LPN license required with IV certification preferred or eligible.
• BLS and ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Work in ER, OB, Nursery, ICU, Med/Surg, Transitional Care and Behavioral Health.
• Nurses trained to work med/surg and transitional care baseline and then rotate to other areas.
