Job summary

Gobravvo is seeking a board-certified Radiologist (MD/DO) to join a rural critical access hospital on a locum tenens basis. The role features a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with no weekends or on-call requirements, onsite preferred with partial remote options.

The radiologist will interpret plain films, ultrasound, CT and MR, with light interventional procedures as needed, supported by EPIC EMR and a full hospital staff to ensure efficient workflow and patient safety.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with Board Certification in Radiology.
• Active California medical license (unrestricted) and CA DEA registration.
• Experience reading plain films, ultrasound, CT and MR; light IR procedures.
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret diagnostic imaging studies including plain films, ultrasound, CT and MR.
• Perform light interventional radiology procedures (upper GI, thoracentesis, paracentesis, abscess drainage, thyroid).
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC EMR.
• Collaborate with technologists, nursing, and referring physicians.
• Provide high-quality patient care and ensure safety protocols.
• Handle an average of 10 reads per hour; assist with MSK reads as needed.
