Rangely District Hospital seeks a Pharmacist in Charge to lead the retail pharmacy, ensure compliant operations, and dispense medications in accordance with Colorado and federal regulations. This role supervises staff and collaborates with hospital leadership to deliver safe, cost-effective patient care.

Qualifications
- PharmD from an accredited college of pharmacy or equivalent.
- CPR certification within 6 months of hire.
- Immunization certification within 6 months of hire.
Responsabilités
- Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws, regulations, inspections, and recordkeeping.
- Fill and verify prescriptions and submit third-party claims.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, patients, and staff on medication questions and cost-effective therapies.
- Administer immunizations and maintain required records and protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and expiration dates and support quality and safety efforts.
- Document and report medication errors and assist with credentialing and payer participation.
