ConnectedHealth is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a 13-week contract in a rural clinic near Eureka, California. You will provide comprehensive primary care in a clinical or urgent care setting as part of a small, community-focused team.

This temp-to-perm role offers competitive weekly compensation and flexible scheduling, with full recruitment support and potential for contract extension or permanent placement as you demonstrate expertise and teamwork in patient care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active California NP license (or be eligible for reciprocity).
• Board certification as NP (FNP, AGNP, or other relevant specialty).
• DEA license or willingness to obtain one.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in a clinical or urgent care setting.
• Perform physical exams, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Educate patients and families on preventive care and disease management.
