Talented Medical Solutions seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible nephrologist for a locum tenens assignment at Blackfeet Community Hospital / Blackfeet Service Unit in Browning, Montana. The physician will provide outpatient nephrology care with a support team including an RN and Health Technician.

Typical hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a 3-day-per-month PRN schedule. Start ASAP; assignment length 6 months or longer.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Nephrologist
• Active, unrestricted medical license
• Montana/IHS credentialing
• Experience in outpatient nephrology preferred
• Ability to work independently in a rural setting

Responsabilités

• Manage outpatient nephrology patients (~14/day) in a rural clinic
• Coordinate care with RN and Health Technician
• Utilize established EMR templates and order sets
• Refer dialysis patients to external facility as needed
• No routine nephrology procedures expected unless specified in final SOW
