Job summary

Rural Psychiatry Associates in Fargo, ND is seeking a Business Development Specialist to expand our network of healthcare partners and improve access to mental health services. You will build relationships with hospitals, clinics, and senior living facilities, identify opportunities, and drive growth across North Dakota and neighboring states.

The role requires travel and a drive to meet sales quotas, with a supportive team and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, healthcare, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, schools, senior living facilities, and other potential healthcare partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare administrators, providers, and decision-makers to promote RPA's services.
• Work toward established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas through prospecting, meetings, presentations, and securing new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of prospective partners.
• Research healthcare markets, industry trends, and potential opportunities for expansion.
• Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to support the successful implementation of new partnerships and services.
• Maintain an understanding of telehealth services, mental health care, healthcare systems, and relevant industry practices.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and business development activities and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Attend conferences, networking events, and other professional opportunities to represent Rural Psychiatry Associates and develop new relationships.
• Complete additional business development and administrative duties as assigned.
