Job summary

Golden Valley Surgery in the Herefordshire countryside is seeking a GP to join a small, close-knit team. The role centers on continuity of care with a light-touch model, no on-call rota, and minimal home visits.

You’ll work six sessions weekly, usually Tue–Thu, assessing about 25 patients per day in 15-minute appointments. You will be supported by a GP Assistant handling triage and administrative tasks, with indemnity covered, NHS Pension, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• GP qualification and GMC registration

Responsibilities

• 6 sessions, ideally Tue/Wed/Thu
• 25 patients per day in 15-minute slots
• No GP on-call or duty doctor rota
• Very few home visits
• Interest in minor surgery or joint injections welcomed but not essential
