CentraCare Health in St. Cloud, MN seeks a Core Faculty member to support the Rural General Surgery Residency Program, assisting the Program Director and faculty in education, clinical care, and scholarly work.

The role includes curriculum development, resident recruitment, orientation, and ensuring continuity clinic operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching, committed to improving rural healthcare, and will lead or support focused areas such as simulation, quality

Qualifications

• Completion of General Surgery Residency Training.
• MN Licensure or licensure eligibility.
• Board certification by the American Board of Surgery or by the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery.

Responsabilités

• Foster a positive learning environment for residents and learners.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum and educational programming.
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered surgical care.
• Support resident recruitment and orientation.
• Contribute to didactic and scholarly activities.
• Help ensure the effective operation of the continuity clinic.
• Collaborate with program leadership to advance the Rural General Surgery Residency.
