Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical school.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in General Surgery.
• Active Utah medical license or ability to obtain.
• BLS, ACLS certification and DEA required.
• Proficiency in endoscopy necessary due to community needs.
• Interest or experience in robotic surgery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care as a General Surgeon in a rural setting.
• Participate in community-focused surgical practice.
• Manage call expectations and additional compensation for excess coverage.
