Job summary

Emplify Health is seeking a skilled General Surgeon to join our team at the Wabasha or Winona locations, serving communities across Wisconsin, Iowa, and Minnesota. The role offers a diverse surgical caseload, inpatient/outpatient mix, and access to advanced technologies including robotic systems where available.

The ideal candidate is board-certified or board-eligible in General Surgery, with licensure eligibility in Minnesota and Wisconsin, and a commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in General Surgery.
• Minnesota and Wisconsin licensure eligibility.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Desire to practice rural general surgery near home.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time general surgery with a diverse, well-rounded caseload.
• Utilize daVinci Robot system where available to enhance patient care.
• Collaborate with Emplify Health System clinicians across facilities.
• Engage in teaching and outreach activities at affiliated hospitals.
