Job summary
Welltech Partners is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a rural health clinic in Newman, CA. The FNP will deliver primary care to children and adults in an outpatient setting, with teaching responsibilities as part of a facility that supports healthcare team development.
The role requires CA NP license, DEA license, BLS/CPR, and at least 1 year in primary care. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred; on-site work in Newman, CA with a competitive pay rate of $90/hour.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of NP experience in primary care or similar setting.
- Current California NP license in good standing.
- Active DEA license without restrictions.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Experience with EMR/EHR platforms preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide medical services for children and adults under physician supervision.
- Perform exams, order tests, and interpret results to guide care.
- Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans.
- Educate patients and families on health, wellness, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate patient records in EMR/EHR.
- Support teaching facility activities and mentorship of staff.
