Ascension Calumet Clinic, Chilton, WI, is seeking aBoard-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care physician to join a busy rural practice. You will provide comprehensive patient care and work within a supportive, physician-led team on Ascension’s campus at Calumet Hospital.

Qualifikationen

• MD/DO required with board certification or eligibility.
• Wisconsin or Minnesota medical license before start date.
• Advanced Life Support preferred (AHA/ARC accepted).

• Provide comprehensive patient care including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment and documentation in compliance with payer requirements.
• Collaborate on quality and cost improvement initiatives; participate in academic programs and inpatient/outpatient consultations, including call coverage.
