Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice in Oregon.
• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine required.
• Pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol screen are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, comprehensive care for all patients at Pioneer Memorial Clinic.
• Deliver coordinated, safe, evidence-based quality care across the lifespan.
• Communicate effectively with providers and staff for continuity of care.
• Maintain records and follow policies and procedures; participate in education.
