Spencer Britt is recruiting for a full-time Family Medicine physician in northwest Minnesota. The position supports a broad-scope practice including Primary Care, Emergency Medicine, Hospital Medicine and Nursing Home care, with onsite services and access to specialties.

A leadership component dedicates time to mentorship and team development on a modern rural campus. The role offers a salaried 1.0 FTE with bonuses and incentives and a collaborative care setting, focused on continuity of care

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a team of 3 Advanced Practice Clinicians.
• Engage in clinical leadership, mentoring and consultation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care for patients and families.
