Job summary

SEARHC Wrangell Medical Center in Wrangell, Alaska, seeks a NP or Physician Assistant to join the emergency/acute care team. You will provide independent patient care with strong regional support and opportunities for telehealth collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in emergency room and/or acute care.
• Alaska Medical License issued by the Alaska State Medical Board.
• BLS, BLSO, PALS, ACLS; ALSO and NRP encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provides appropriate clinical health care services to the emergency room, acute care, and long-term care patients.
• Serves as consultative liaison to village health care providers and referral physicians.
• Participate in quality assurance reviews and meetings.
