Job summary

KLA Industries, Inc. in La Grande, Oregon seeks an Otolaryngologist (ENT) for a permanent, full-time role with four 10-hour days. Relocation assistance is provided and compensation ranges from $700K–$750K+ per year, plus benefits.

The physician will provide comprehensive ENT care in a rural Critical Access Hospital, using state-of-the-art equipment and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• MD degree from an accredited program.
• Completion of an Otolaryngology residency program.
• Current Oregon medical license or eligibility to obtain.
• Board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Otolaryngology.
• Strong commitment to high‑quality community care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive head and neck exams and diagnostic evaluations.
• Diagnose and treat ears, nose, sinuses, and throat conditions.
• Perform surgeries including tonsillectomies and thyroidectomies.
• Use endoscopes to visualize nasal passages and larynx.
• Manage hearing and balance disorders medically or with implants.
• Treat cancers of head and neck, including salivary glands.
• Collaborate with audiologists and speech-language pathologists.
• Maintain EMR documentation for rural patient population.
