Job summary

ACEP Now is seeking a passionate physician for their Emergency Department in Willcox, AZ. The position offers critical access hospital services, requiring BE/BC in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine and prior EM experience. The ER features 9 exam rooms and handles 11-17 patients daily. Benefits include 1099 independent contractor status and flexible scheduling, amidst the scenic backdrop of the Sonoran Desert with numerous outdoor activities.

Qualifications

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
• Emergency Medicine experience is required.
• Current ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in a Level IV Emergency Department.
• Handle an ER volume of 11-17 patients per day.
• Work 12 or 24 hour shifts.
