Job summary

Emplify is seeking a full-time BC/BE Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team serving our rural critical access hospitals across Wisconsin, Iowa, and Minnesota. Shifts are 12–24 hours, with flexibility to work at one or more sites to fit scheduling needs.

The ideal candidate is board-certified or eligible in Emergency Medicine, with a passion for rural medicine, and the ability to obtain or hold a multi-state license.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an accredited graduate medical training program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with urgent and emergent conditions in the emergency department.
• Provide high-quality emergency care with a rural/critical access focus.
• Collaborate with medical staff across multiple sites and supervise clinical teams.
