Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures across network locations in Oregon. You will ensure high-quality images, proper patient positioning, and adherence to radiation safety and EMR workflows.

The role may involve mobile imaging, EKG, and DEXA, with on-call and weekend shifts as needed. Applicants must have an ARRT-approved program completion, ARRT registration, and BLS certification; ND/IA licensure requirements may apply by location.

Qualifications

• Completion of an ARRT-approved educational program.
• Current ARRT registration is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within six weeks of employment.
• NDMIRT licensure where applicable by location.
• Iowa permit to practice may be required for IA sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging examinations and ensure high-quality images.
• Operate radiology equipment following patient cases and guidelines.
• Ensure accurate patient positioning for each procedure.
• Apply radiation safety guidelines and practices.
• Deliver patient care and education before, during, and after imaging.
• Navigate the EMR system effectively.
• Willingness to take on additional duties and on-call shifts.
• Execute mobile imaging, EKG, cardiac monitor placement and DEXA as assigned.
