Job summary

Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) invites applications for a Research Project Coordinator (RPC) to support ORPRN-related clinical research and implementation science across Oregon. The RPC will manage timelines, deliverables, and study milestones, coordinate data collection, and engage community partners and clinics in recruitment, enrollment and study maintenance activities.

The role involves grant proposal support, protocol development, IRB submissions, and fostering collaborations

Qualifications

• Master's in a relevant field and 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote multitasking environment
• Experience with public health core competencies such as patient recruitment, consent, and quality improvement

Responsibilities

• Monitor study activities, timelines, and deliverables
• Oversee tracking and reporting of project milestones
• Oversee collection, tracking, and analysis of data; conduct interviews; disseminate findings
• Support drafting of grant proposals and study protocols
• Draft and submit IRB submissions and modifications
• Foster relationships with clinics and community stakeholders; promote ORPRN with stakeholders
• Travel to primary care clinics and community organizations (mostly rural Oregon)
• Recruit English- and/or Spanish-speaking participants and organizations
• Coordinate chart reviews and manage releases and study-related data
• Complete surveys and trainings required by OHSU and ORPRN
