We are seeking an experienced full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a small tight-knit rural primary care team in beautiful Gustavus, Alaska. This position will serve as the Site Supervisor for the Gustavus Clinic, overseeing the day-to-day operations and delivery of care. With a traveling MD once per quarter. 2 exam spaces to include one treatment room. Ancillary services include point of care laboratory services and ultrasound.Patient Volume: 5-10 patients per day in clinic, plus 3 half days of administrative time weekly. EMR and tools include Meditech, Dragon Dictation, and DAX AI assisted documentation.Procedure opportunities: Minor wound repair, punch biopsies, women’s health, and abscesses.Hospital Capabilities: Medical Evacuations to nearby Juneau or Sitka.Qualifications:Two years of post-graduate experience required.
