Qualifications

• 1+ year of category merchandising experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; new grads encouraged to apply.
• Genuine interest and passion for running and running culture.
• Experience as part of a running team, running club, or running coach.
• Strong desire to learn and develop merchandising skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Keynote.

Responsibilities

• Support the Global Running team with footwear and apparel insights, assortment planning, Go-to-Market strategy, and product management activities.
• Coordinate meetings and logistics for the team.
• Verify POS data accuracy across geographies.
• Manage sample orders, system updates, and keep the team organized.
• Act as an expert in building Consumer Right Assortments for assigned categories and locations.
• Brief the product engine on consumer needs for the category, geography, and trends.
• Collaborate across product engines to ensure product is created with retail end in mind.
• Edit the product line for assigned location and category using directed assortment and selecting lines outside of global core product to meet revenue targets.
• Build directed assortments that support category vision, working with geographies with the retail end in mind.
