Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three (2) years coaching experience required.
• Experience as a college football player.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Demonstrated knowledge of NCAA and SIAC rules and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with university personnel.

Responsibilities

• Abide by NCAA, SIAC, and FVSU policies.
• Attend practices and games.
• Assist Offensive Coordinator with the offensive package.
• Assist Special Teams Coordinator with the special teams package.
• Develop practice and game plans for the football program.
• Provide individual and small group instruction.
• Analyze game and practice videos.
• Assist in the football strength and conditioning program.
• Coordinate and recruit prospective students including campus visits.
• Attend coaching staff meetings and engage student-athletes.
• Build cross-campus relationships and assist fundraising.
• Perform summer duties and special projects as assigned.
