Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Riverside, CA is hiring for a 2PM shift role operating pallet jack equipment to move pallets, load and unload shipments, and accurately locate items in the warehouse according to work orders and safety procedures.

This full-time, on-site position runs Sunday to Wednesday with 4 x 10-hour days; pay ranges from $16.90 to $26.11 per hour, DOE. You must lift up to 40 lbs, work in cold or dry storage, and adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and quality controls.

• Basic math skills may be required depending on facility.
• Ability to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear

2PM SHIFT SUN-WED 4 x 10s $19.20/HR DOE

Operate pallet jack equipment to move pallets and product from one place to another while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use pallet jack equipment to move the pallet to the scheduled door to ship
• Move pallets from the inbound dock door to locations inside the warehouse to be put away
• Find products requested in work orders
• Change over pallets for picking, visually review items for damages or flaws; document and report damages to lead/supervisor
• Confirm all pallets being hauled into the warehouse or dock doors are wrapped to the top

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Wrap pallets using a wrap machine, based on location
• Invert pallets using a pallet inverter, based on location
• May work with other machinery and material handling equipment

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

• Basic math skills may be required depending on facility
• Ability to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud

Pay Range:$16.90 - $26.11
