Job summary

The Pharmacy Hub in Davie and Miami Gardens, FL is seeking a Runner for our Shipping team. You will stock stations, monitor supplies, and keep workflows flowing to meet daily deadlines.

You will work with Shippers and Shipping Supervisors in a busy warehouse and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and adapt to shifting priorities. The role offers full-time hours across locations with shifts between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/shipping environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
• 1+ year of experience in a similar role.
• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse/shipping/operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Restock shipping stations with boxes, coolers, gel packs, labels, and other supplies (~50%).
• Keep work areas organized, clean, and compliant with safety procedures (~40%).
• Communicate with Shipping Supervisors and teammates about priorities and operational needs (~10%).
• Support Shippers by ensuring materials are always available to maintain continuous workflow
• Follow all company safety procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Help the team hit daily productivity, quality, and on-time shipping goals.

About The Role

We're looking for a reliable, fast-moving Runner to join our Shipping team. This role is key to keeping our shipping operation running smoothly — you'll be the person making sure workstations stay stocked, materials keep flowing, and daily shipping deadlines get met. You'll work closely with Shippers and Shipping Supervisors in a fast-paced warehouse environment where no two hours look exactly the same.

• Location: Davie & Miami Gardens, FL . There is no option to pick the location. Employees must to be ready to work on both locations according to the set schedule.
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday–Sunday, between 6:00 AM–9:00 PM (5 days/week). Employees must be available to work any shift between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
• Pay: Starting at $16/hour

Pay Range: $16 USD - $17 USD
