Job Description

MING Entertainment is hiring an experienced Runner III to support ESPN’s Monday Night Countdown remote broadcast for the Philadelphia @ Chicago game at Soldier Field in Chicago, Illinois. The assignment is scheduled for September 26–28, 2026 and will involve working directly with the on‑site Operations and Production teams.
This live sports production job is designed for experienced remote broadcast runners who can manage time‑sensitive errands, assist with talent logistics, distribute production information, and adapt quickly as show‑day needs change. Applicants should already have professional runner experience with regional‑level live remote productions.

Job Responsibilities

• Support Operations and Production teams during the ESPN remote broadcast
• Complete production errands and time‑sensitive assignments throughout the event
• Distribute schedules, credentials, paperwork, and other production information as directed
• Help coordinate announcer arrivals, departures, and on‑site logistics
• Communicate efficiently with production personnel throughout each shift
• Respond quickly to changing operational needs during setup and broadcast activities
• Assist with additional show and production tasks assigned by the operations team
• Maintain a professional, proactive attitude in a fast‑moving live sports environment

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
• Must live within 100 miles of Soldier Field in Chicago, Illinois
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must have worked a minimum of 10 shows as a regional‑level runner in live remote production
• Must have reliable access to cell phone, text, and email communication
• Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills
• Able to follow instructions and complete assignments efficiently
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment where schedules and priorities may change
• Positive, dependable, and proactive approach to production work
• Must be available for the September 26–28, 2026 assignment
