Job summary

Flytrex is seeking a part-time Delivery Driver in Denton, TX to pick up orders from local QSRs and deliver them to our drone launch site. Shift hours run 08:00–14:30 or 14:30–21:30 with weekend availability, and you must have your own vehicle and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities include following routes, maintaining schedules, and completing reports. Mileage reimbursement is offered for daytime pickups, and the site operates seven days a week.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver (or similar role).
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good driving record with no traffic violations in the past five years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide variety of items to our launch site from local QSRs.
• Follow routes and time schedule.
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate your own vehicle.
• Complete reports as required.
• Use a runner app to make pick-ups and communicate via radio or cellular device.

Flytrex is revolutionizing the on-demand delivery field by making drone delivery a reality, working with companies such as Walmart, Chilis, El Pollo Loco and others, we're turning science fiction into reality. Following successful pilots in the US, we're aiming to expand our operation nationwide and are looking for delivery drivers to make our reality a success. In this role you will pickup orders from local QSR's and deliver them back to the launch site. Shift hours are 08:00am-2:30pm, or 2:30pm-9:30pm.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past five years
• Must have valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years

Responsibilities:

Additional Info:

• Site open 7 days a week
• Operating hours 8:00a - 9:30p daily
• Looking for part-time (36 hours or less a week) including Weekends
• Required use of own vehicle
• Required to make hand deliveries when weather permits us from flying the drone

Additional compensation:

• Mileage reimbursement during working hours for all pickups
