Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in Sterling Heights, MI is seeking a hands-on role to coordinate travel, lodging, and on-site logistics for tours and events. You will support production teams across venues and ensure smooth daily operations.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work long hours in a fast-paced live entertainment environment. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications-related field preferred.
• Must communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with standard office equipment and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation of crew to and from airports, hotels, stores, etc. before, during and after shows.
• Purchase products and materials from local stores as required for events.
• Facilitate crew meal orders with local restaurants.
• Coordinate laundry pickups with the tour at approved vendors.
• Cash reconciliation and related financial reconciliations.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as needed for show operations.

The Role

Plan and coordinate various aspects of live events. Reports to Production Manager.

Several Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Transportation of crew to and from airports, hotels, stores, etc before, during and after shows
• Purchasing various products/materials that is required at local stores (Home Depot, Lowes, Target, Walmart, Wholefoods, Guitar Center etc.)
• Facilitating crew meal orders with local restaurants
• Coordinating laundry pickups with the tour at approved vendors
• Cash reconciliation
• Miscellaneous work on an as needed basis

Personal Requirements

• Good driving record and fully insured with active Driver’s License.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Personal vehicle not required, but strongly encouraged.
• Must be highly flexible and have the ability to work long hours.
• Knowledge of surrounding areas including restaurants and local stores.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and possess problem solving abilities.
• Must be reliable, extremely responsible and have a positive attitude.
• Must show complete discretion about work.
• Background check required.
