You’ll wear two hats—customer education and championing inquiries, orders, and delivery, building lasting relationships. You’ll join a small, ambitious design-minded team committed to elevating home interiors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a consumer-facing role.
• 2+ years of direct consumer sales and/or account management experience.
• Passionate about interior design and home décor; keep up with trends.
• Strong communication; trustworthy, empathetic, and listener.
• Proficient with online tools: Zoom, Google Suite, etc.

Responsibilities

• Set the industry standard for customer experience and sales.
• Drive sales through customer follow-up and outreach.
• Deliver exceptional design and product expertise to customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom that delights customers.
• Provide a high quality, personalized experience across in-person and digital channels.
• Advise customers on floor plan layout, material selection, and rug measurements.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve order-related matters such as tracking and delivery.
• Surprise and delight customers with memorable experiences.
• Learn CAD, Adobe, and 3D rendering to help visualize spaces.
• Maintain feedback loops to improve internal processes.
