Yorkshire Global Solutions Inc. is seeking a Sr. Ruby on Rails Developer for Production Support.

This remote role requires 12+ years of experience and USC eligibility, with a W2 contract. You will handle enterprise app development, production support, and incident management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong skills in REST APIs, SQL (SQL Server / PostgreSQL), and observability tools like Datadog, with experience in CI/CD, Git, and Agile/Scrum practices.

Qualifications

• Enterprise application development, maintenance, and production support.
• REST APIs, distributed systems, and application troubleshooting.
• Strong SQL skills; SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.
• Production monitoring and observability; Datadog is strongly preferred.
• Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and Agile/Scrum.
• Experience with production incident management, root-cause analysis, security remediation, and application modernization.
• Kafka/Confluent Kafka and event-driven architecture experience strongly preferred.
• Azure/GCP, MuleSoft, and healthcare/pharmacy industry experience are advantageous.
