Qualifications

• Ability to work under Chicago deadlines.
• Good judgment on when to escalate
• Hands-on with .NET Core and Kotlin
• Familiar with Rust workflows
• Experience in Ruby development
• Portfolio or work samples demonstrating tech expertise

Responsibilities

• Translate fuzzy product wishes into shippable Active Listening services.
• Turn vague tickets into crisp Go acceptance criteria.
• Ship Strategic Planning experiments quickly and focus on what works.
• Deliver incremental improvements to the Chicago platform on a regular cadence.
• Write clean, well-tested code that scales for a growing user base.
• Decompose a monolith into modular C# services deployable in Chicago, IL.
• Translate tech compliance rules into GraphQL guardrails.
• Build responsive, accessible front-end interfaces with cross-functional collaboration.
