Job summary

American Roller is hiring in Union Grove, WI for an operator to apply rubber and polymer coatings to precision industrial rollers, read blueprints, and ensure quality. You will operate forklifts, cranes, and hand trucks to move materials and stage work per orders.

A safe, quality-focused mindset is required for daily continuous improvement. The role offers shifts from 2:00 PM–10:00 PM or 10:00 PM–6:00 AM with competitive pay, 401(k) with match, health insurance, PTO, and a sign-on bonus after

Qualifications

• 1+ years manufacturing experience.
• Read, write, and perform basic math.
• Experience with blueprints (preferred).
• Comfort operating a forklift, crane, and hand truck.
