This is an exciting entry-level data analytics and business intelligence role within the Quality department at Collins Aerospace. As an Associate Engineer - Data Analytics, you will be responsible for collecting, validating, standardizing, and maintaining operational and quality data across multiple business systems. You will partner closely with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Program teams to deliver accurate and timely data for leadership reviews, executive dashboards, and strategic decision-making. The role involves developing automated dashboards and KPI reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel, driving reporting and process automation across the organization, and analyzing trends across quality metrics, manufacturing performance, supplier data, and operational efficiency.

This position offers practical application of data analytics in a global aerospace manufacturing environment, with exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies. You will work directly with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations data, learning how data-driven insights improve cost, quality, delivery, and productivity across the aerospace supply chain. The role also provides exposure to AI tools for improving productivity, data analysis, and business reporting, making it ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals passionate about data analytics, business intelligence, and process optimization in a world-class aerospace organization.

This is an onsite role at the Collins Aerospace Bengaluru campus located at Hoodi Village, Whitefield Road, Krishnarajapuram Hobli, Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collect, validate, standardize, and maintain operational and quality data across business systems to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Program teams to deliver data for leadership reviews and executive decision-making
• Develop automated dashboards and KPI reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft tools for leadership and business reviews
• Drive reporting and process automation across quality, manufacturing, and supply chain functions using Microsoft tools
• Analyze trends across quality metrics, manufacturing performance, supplier data, and operational efficiency to provide actionable insights
• Support Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process improvement initiatives focused on cost, quality, delivery, and productivity
• Apply AI tools to improve productivity, data analysis, and business reporting processes
• Create and maintain data visualizations, reports, and presentations for cross-functional stakeholders
• Ensure data governance, data quality, and data integrity across reporting systems
